1. About us FYRK Shop is operated by FYRK. Products are sold via fyrkisforever.com. For questions, contact us at helloworld@fyrkisforever.com.

2. Products All products are made-to-order and printed on demand. This means production begins immediately after your order is placed. Delivery typically takes 10–14 business days from order date as items are produced and shipped from Germany.

3. Pricing & payment All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Shipping Orders are shipped from Germany via PostNL. Shipping times to Finland are approximately 5–10 business days after production. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

5. Returns & refunds Please see our separate Returns Policy. In summary: we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a clear manufacturing defect. Always check the size chart before ordering.

6. Data & privacy We collect personal data (name, email, address) to process your order. We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for analytics and marketing purposes. This data is only collected after you have given your consent via our cookie banner. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and marketing (Meta Pixel). You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner on our site.

8. Liability FYRK is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. We are not liable for incorrect sizing if the customer has not followed the size guide provided on each product page.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be handled in Finnish courts.

10. Changes We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
